I am heartbroken, they promised they would call me when I could come back after 30 days (a required amount of time to be sure the jewelry is not stolen) and I could watch them remove my diamonds out of my wedding band. I was only selling the gold. The ring no longer fit me and I wanted to diamonds to give to my daughter. They scrapped the whole ring and never called. I called them about 6 weeks after the sale because they had never called me. The ring and diamonds are gone. There are too many jewelers to choose from to go to one you cannot not trust.
